The world between 1700 & 1846

During 1700 and 1846 the World experiments different changes that will have an effect on today’s life. Those changes can be separated into 4 big contents.

1. Politic and social changes, that include the French revolution, the American independence, the Spanish succession and Simon Bolivia, liberal revolutions in Europe and Russia, 7 years war and the declaration of war from U.S. to Mexico. This are some examples that changed the world 360 degrees.

1. People mentality, that includes, John Locke an montesquie ideas, scientific methods, and the lost of power of the church.

1. Economy and society, includes, industrial revolutions, colonies and liberal economy.

1. Technology, new inventions.

Until the 18 century, the world, was conquer by Spain and Portugal, that had colonies all around the world, but in 1714, as a consecuence, of the Spanish succession, Spain looses lot of territories in Europe, that meen the rise of the British empire, but is not official until 1819 with the separation of panama, MexicoCosta Rica and other colonies from the Spanish empire. The seven years war also benefits Britain, France looses all their colonies in north America and Britain gains Florida in echange of Cuba. There is also a change in people mentality, people start protesting for their liberty rights, the first document that defends this ideas is the declaration of independence of U.S, wrotten in 1776. that will later expand in 1846, wining territories in Mexico. 13 years later the revolutionary ideas will take place in, in France, in the storming of Bastille which will change the life of the people in all Europe. During the following years, thanks to the Napoleonic wars the revolutionary ideas spread trouhgt out all Europe. That will be defeated by the holy alliance in 1825 and 1830. This ideas keep in peoples mind, they start doubting in everything that can not be experimented, or in things that cant be proved by mathematics or physics. They start to respect other religius, they stop going to church as they thing that god is in nature, they believe in science, so why should they believe in miracles if the can not be proved? They want to have liberty, properties, the right to rebell and to choose their government, they want protection. Countries in Europe relised that to be the lider country they need colonies from where they can get raw materials, god, silver and foodstuffs and where the can sell manufactured good which is a clear advantage for the mother countrie. There is also a change in economy, why should the state intervene in econmy?, economy will work alone people will work hard to become richer and they will pay their taxes to the state. The type of lifestyle of the people changes because of industry revolution, more handman is needed and looses all their colonies in north America and Britain gains Florida in echange of Cuba. People start inventing new things such as battery, hot air ballon, camera, train, telegraph. Fonograph, bicycle, factory, and rifle, this changes will make a diference in the way of transport, of art, of work, of communication, of war and of music.
